Seated Acupressure Massage is an ancient Chinese technique based on the principles of acupuncture, without the use of needles. The practitioner uses fingers, heels of the hands and elbows to stimulate acupressure points on the back, arms, hands, neck, and head, bringing balance to the flow of energy throughout the body. It is performed on a portable chair that completely supports the client’s body, and does not require the removal of clothing or the use of oils.
Seated Acupressure Massage is beneficial to the circulatory, muscular, nervous, immune, and lymphatic systems, leaving the client feeling de-stressed and relaxed, but energised and clearly focused.
